Dave Mooney is President and CEO of Alliant Credit Union. Based in Chicago, IL, Alliant serves more than 230,000 members worldwide.
Dave's 30-year career in financial services includes experience across a range of business lines, markets and functions at leading financial companies. Prior to being appointed to Alliant's top leadership position in May 2003, David held a number of executive level and management positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors, Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank.
Dave serves on the Boards of Directors of the Illinois Credit Union Foundation, Operation HOPE, Inc., Credit Union 24, and the National Association on Drug Abuse Problems, as well as the Filene Research Council. He chairs the Supervisory Committee of Members United Corporate Credit Union, and serves on the NASCUS Legislative Affairs Committee. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
Dan McCue

Dan McCue has a broad and progressive background in credit union operations, shared branching business development and extensive financial operations management experience with leading financial organizations. He has worked in various leadership roles at the Georgia Credit Union Affiliates, and has also served as President of The Coca-Cola Company Family FCU and manager of the Georgia Methodist Federal Credit Union.
Dan is also active in and committed to various community and voluntary activities. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas with a BA in business administration and a BA in economics.
Lee Butke
Corporate One
President and Chief Executive Officer
Lee Butke joined Corporate One as president/CEO in May 1998. He began his 30-year credit union career at Wright Patt Credit Union as a management trainee, progressing to a Vice President position. Lee then served for over a decade as the CEO of Day Air and Telhio credit unions, before arriving at Corporate One.
He presently serves on the board of the Ohio Credit Union Foundation, the board of Primary Financial Company LLC, and the executive committee of the Association of Corporate Credit Unions. Lee has also served on the board of the Central Regional Automated Funds Transfer System, the executive committee of the MAC Advisory Group, and various other industry boards and committees.
He is a recipient of the CUES Golden Mirror award for Service and was voted "CEO of the Year" by the readers of Credit Union Times in 1995. Lee holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University with a major in finance, and a master's degree in business administration from Wright State University.
Steven Joiner

Steven Joiner began his career over 30 years ago, first with the Virginia Credit Union League, where he started over 20 Credit Unions, then he moved on to the DC Credit Union League, where he rose to Executive Vice President and managed the League's for-profit subsidiary, Credit Union Services, Inc (CUSI). At CUSI he pioneered one of the nation's first auto leasing services and one of the first auto buying services. He left the DC League in 1993 to become the President of NAFCU Services Corporation (NSC), NAFCU's for-profit subsidiary. While at NSC he more than doubled the company's vendor partnerships, created the Preferred Provider program and boosted revenue four-fold. Mr. Joiner joined Truliances as President in 2000, where he oversees the operations of its Credit Union Auto Buying Service (CUABS) and the Financial Advisors at Truliances, along with several other insurance related enterprises. During his career Mr. Joiner has also long served as both a member of a credit union supervisory committee and of its board of directors.
Mr. Joiner earned his BA degree in English from George Mason University. His Certified League Executive (CLE) certification was earned at The University of Wisconsin as part of the CUNA program for league executives.
John Lass

Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy
As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Product Development for CUNA Mutual Group, John manages CUNA Mutual's new product Incubator which is designed to improve the speed and effectiveness of CUNA Mutual's product development process. Previously John served as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Hagberg Consulting Group. He also served as an Investment Manager with Zimmerman Capital Group where he had extensive venture capital and private equity experience.
John received his BA degree from the University of Washington, and his MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
Grace Mayo
Telesis Community Credit Union
President/CEO
Grace joined Telesis Community CU in 1986 and is the President and Chief Executive Officer. The credit union's assets are over $600 million and services over 41,000 members with 10 branches.
Grace serves as the Chairperson for Business Partners, LLC which is a multi-owned member business lending CUSO with 15 equity credit union owners nationwide. BP, LLC currently serves hundreds of contracted credit union partners nationwide and manages assets greater than $1.5 billion. She is charged with the strategic management of the combined assets of TCCU and BPLLC, totaling $2.1 billion. Grace also serves as Chairperson for CU Vehicles, LLC-Autoland, Inc. the largest credit union vehicle purchasing CUSO, serving hundreds of credit unions nationally.
Grace received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from UOP, Graduate Degree in Financial Management from UCLA, Certification in Commercial Lending from the University of Louisiana and attended the Executive Development Program from Stanford University School of Business. Grace is a national speaker on various credit union topics for state leagues, credit unions and all major national trade association groups.
Charlie Mallon

Charles A. Mallon, Jr. is President and CEO of Congressional Federal, serving the members and staff of the United States House of Representatives. Charlie has more than 19 years of experience in the credit union movement. Since the beginning of his career as a member service representative, Charlie has been a staunch and passionate advocate of credit union philosophy and empowering members to take control of their financial future. He currently serves on numerous industry boards and advisory panels including: BrightLeaf Financial, Credit Union Mortgage Association, UniTrust Investment & Insurance Services, and MEMBERS Development Company.
Charlie is involved in various church and community activities. He currently serves on the board of Credit Union Miracle Day Inc, supporting Children's Hospitals nationwide. Charlie received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and his MBA from George Mason University.
Jim Metz

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Asset Management
Jim Metz is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Asset Management business of CUNA Mutual Group. The Asset Management business line includes CUNA Brokerage Services, MEMBERS Annuities, and 401(k) and pensions. Before joining MCA, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup Insurance Investments in Hartford, Connecticut, which had $55 billion in global assets under management. While at Citigroup/ Travelers Insurance, Jim also held the positions of CFO Real Estate and CFO Reinsurance. Prior to Citigroup/ Travelers Insurance, Jim held positions at Nashua Corporation and BDO Seidman.
Jim holds an MS in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and is a former member and elected official of the Board of Finance, Town of Barkhamsted, Connecticut.
Bob Petty

Treasurer and Chief Executive Officer
In 2009, Bob Petty celebrated his 25th year with Bronco Federal Credit Union. Under Bob's leadership, first as a manager, then a Board member, and finally as CEO, assets have grown from $13.3 million to over $200 million. Members grew from 3,650 to over 19,000. He is also President of Millennium Service Company and Bronco Real Estate Services, LLC, both CUSOs of Bronco Federal Credit Union.
Bob is active in the Virginia Credit Union League, having served on numerous committees in the past and presently serving on the Board of Directors as its Chairman. He is also a Board Member of VACORP FCU and the Credit Unions Care Foundation of Virginia. Bob has also served on CUNA's Federal Credit Union Sub-Committee.
Bob is a strong community advocate and puts that into action. He is a 1st grade tutor in the Franklin, VA City Public Schools and serves on the City's Industrial Development Authority, as well as chairing the Board of Review of Real Estate Assessments. He is a Board Member of the Franklin Library's Endowment Fund, the Franklin City Educational Foundation, Inc., and the City Schools' Career and Technical Education Advisory Council.
Mr. Petty holds BBA and MBA degrees from The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA. He has three daughters.
Jeff Post
CUNA Mutual Group

Jeff Post leads CUNA Mutual Group, an organization with annual revenues of more than $2.9 billion, assets exceeding $13 billion, and a worldwide workforce of approximately 5,000 employees. Prior to joining CUNA Mutual, Jeff was President and CEO of Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. As CEO, he led an impressive financial turnaround in the company, and prior to holding that position served as the company's chief financial officer and chief actuary.
Jeff has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Jeff received his bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in actuarial science, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Kim Sponem
Summit Credit Union
President
Kim Sponem is the President of Wisconsin's largest credit union, Summit, a community-chartered credit union with 110,000 members. Under Kim's leadership her credit union has grown from $200 million in assets to $1.3 billion. During that time the branch network expanded from 3 locations to 20. She partnered to put together the largest and first "merger of equals" in the State of Wisconsin in 2008.
Kim has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her MBA from Edgewood College in Madison. Kim is on the board of MEMBERS Development Company and Corporate Central Credit Union. She also serves on the Filene Research Council. She is a co-founder of STAR CU, a hands-on financial learning credit union and the only credit union in the country chartered for kids located inside the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County. Kim is a member of the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).
Aside from being a well-known professional, Kim is also married and the mother of three. As a family they enjoy various activities including downhill skiing, boating, water skiing, and swimming, golf and spending time at their cottage in Northern Wisconsin.
