MDC Owners expressed the need for a solution that would help credit unions streamline their vendor contract processes, ensure NCUA compliance, and offer consistency in the process.Solution:
After extensive vendor due diligence, MDC selected Quantivate as a preferred partner.Results:
Owners have access to best practices and a detailed matrix that compares pricing, functions and features in great detail and a vendor ranking scorecard created by 12 MDC owner participants. In addition we have a fully negotiated contract with Quantivate that includes deep pricing discounts, favorable service-level agreement terms (vetted by legal), an MDC revenue share arrangement, and a most-favored-pricing arrangement when up against other credit unions outside of MDC ownership.
